Hi, I'm Sharie

I was always curious about how the body works, drawn to natural healing before I even had words for it. I grew up reading health books and trying to figure out why people felt the way they did—physically, emotionally, spiritually. That curiosity never left.

 

Over the years, that interest turned into a lifelong path. I’ve been in the natural health field for over 30 years. I ran a health food store for 18 of those, traveled across Canada training other health store owners, and now I work one-on-one with people through my business, Journey to Health.

But if I’m honest, the real work didn’t begin with credentials or supplements. It started with my own healing.

Like a lot of people, I went through seasons of feeling stuck—emotionally and physically. I started to see how deeply our beliefs, past experiences, and stress patterns affect our health. That’s when things shifted. I began integrating the emotional side with the physical—nutrition, yes, but also clearing patterns, releasing old baggage, and creating safety in the body again.

Now, I work mostly with women who feel lost, overwhelmed, or invisible. Not because I planned it that way—but because I get it. I’ve been there. And I know the power of having someone walk alongside you while you find your way back to yourself.

This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about real change, over time, in a way that actually feels good in your body. That’s the work I do now. And it’s the work I believe in.
