October 2021 Newsletter

Well, we’ve just stepped into the gorgeous season of fall here in Canada, my favorite time of the year.  I love the colors, the smells, the cool nights and warm days, the cozy sweaters, and the crunch of the leaves, and oh ya, everything apple cinnamon and pumpkin spice of course!

It’s the season of getting back into our routines and “ideally” start to slow down.

Autumn is the season of transformation as the trees let go of their leaves and we reap what we have sown with garden harvests. The transition from summer to autumn inspires our own shift from movement and productivity to stillness and reflection.

It’s been over a year now of quite unsettled energy in the world and people have been knocked off their center.  With the season of autumn and the energy of stillness and reflection, I urge you to go inward, get a sense of what might not be serving you anymore. Is it time to let something or someone go to make space for the “new” to come in? Or maybe not have anything new come in at all, just free up some “me time” space, take a breath and recenter. Ask yourself if this scenario, relationship, whatever you’re looking at, is truly supporting your highest self anymore, is it still loving to you, or was it ever? Start to ask yourself, how am I honoring myself, or am I at all by being and doing what others want instead of what sits in my heart waiting and waiting…..

Start to become friends with yourself and let the leaves fall off your tree that may have served you beautifully for a while but no longer are. Live with awareness daily and watch how much you’re doing for yourself and how much you’re doing for others. Is there balance?

Sit down with a cozy blanket and whatever pumpkin drink is your fave, sit in silence and ask yourself those questions.  What fits and what doesn’t anymore and be willing to let go of what doesn’t nourish and nurture YOU!

I will be starting an online course to do just this at the beginning of November.  I will be guiding you on a journey through each of your main chakras, one per week, to nurture and heal both the physical and emotional aspects of these centers. We will transform old beliefs and patterns you’re holding onto that can create physical and emotional dis-ease in these areas. We’ll be using foods specific to each chakra for proper nourishment, affirmations, mindset techniques, enlightening conversations with your soul and each other to create beautiful flow in our bodies, enabling you to live with vibrancy, feeling free and grounded within yourself. (This may be too long of a sentence here!)

There will be more detailed information coming soon but mark your calendar to Journey Through Your Chakras, with me as your guide, starting Tuesday, November 2nd to Tuesday, December 21st.

For those of you who live in Canada, I wish you a beautiful Thanksgiving this month.  Enjoy your families and other connections, enjoy the wonderful foods of the season and just enjoy enjoy enjoy this beautiful season of fall.

Big Sharie Hugs!

Maybe we could put this on one of those pictures I texted you last week and say that the picture is from the Cypress Hills area.
