A follow-up appointment is all about keeping you on track and making sure your program is working for you. We discuss how well your program is fitting into your lifestyle if there have been any symptoms or problems coming up for you and how we may change things if needed. A urine dip stick test is performed to ensure your body is dealing with the diet changes and supplements properly and to see if any changes need to occur in dosages.
